What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give us: name, company, email, phone number and your message. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as UAE law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Our email provider (Zoho), our hosting provider (Vercel) and our form service (FormSubmit) process it on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email info@viahanden.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
